The e-register card was designed to allow all foreign capital companies to establish a digital seat with the monastic State.
This commercial or industrial registration card may be requested by any capital company duly registered with a Trade or Industry Register in a country of the International Community.
The e-register card may be requested by any company director or manager and is sent directly to the registered office after a formal enquiry into the applicant's standing, following payment of an amount according to the class chosen, una tantum.
The service is renewable each year. Each year the renewal cost of the digital cards is published by the Dicastery of the Economy.
Several digital levels have been authorised:
Titanium level
Quantum level
Business Angel level
The choice of level entails a different financial contribution.
The Titanium level grants membership of the Chamber of Commerce of Sabourg on payment of ten thousand euros plus the annual renewal amount, published each year by the Dicastery of the Economy.
The Quantum level grants membership of the Chamber of Industry of Sabourg (including that of Commerce) on payment of twenty thousand euros plus the annual renewal amount, published each year by the Dicastery of the Economy.
The Business Angel level supports the Digital Foundation of Sabourg with a donation of one hundred thousand euros or more.
This level allows the donor, as beneficial owner of the company, to become a citizen of the Principality of Sabourg, upon application.
