E-Residency
A way for friends of the Principality to register with the State and hold a digital certificate — the Principality's own register for its digital citizens. We are precise about what it is, and what it is not.

The four editions of the card
The e-residency card comes in four editions, each struck with the arms of the Principality. The benefits, conditions and contribution for each level are set by the Principality: write to the chancellery for the terms in force.
Bronze
The entry-level edition.
Silver
Access to the circles of Sabourg.
Gold
The edition in the colours of the State.
Platinum
The senior edition.
How it works
You choose your card
Each card corresponds to a distinct commitment to the Principality. The levels and benefits are set out on its page.
You send your request
By e-mail to the Secretariat of State. No payment is made on this site.
The Secretariat of State reviews it
The chancellery checks your file. Registration is not automatic: it may be refused.
You receive your card
Once approved, the card is sent to your home and your registration is entered in the register of the Principality.
No online payment
This site has neither a shop nor a payment form. No banking data is entered, transmitted or stored here.
To obtain a card, write to the Secretariat of State at info@sabourg.org, stating the card and level you want. The chancellery reviews your request, then tells you how to proceed with the contribution and the dispatch of the card.
